VENDOR MARKET APPLICATION 2026

Participation fee: $150.00

HOW TO APPLY

1. Create an account and complete your profile with up-to-date photos and payment information.

2. Check out with one application at a time.

3. Vendor applications are $50 per business, charged upfront and non-refundable.

4. You will be notified via email and text if you have been accepted to a market.

5. If accepted, you will have a 24-hour window to let us know if you cannot make it. After that, booth fees and booth credit card processing fees (3.99%) will be charged automatically on the card on file and are non-refundable.

6. You will not be charged booth fees if you are not accepted into a market.

7. Application fees cover the administrative costs of our team’s time to individually process and consider each application thoroughly, but do not guarantee acceptance into the show.

PAYMENTS

All vendor payments will be collected via PayPal invoice. We do not accept e-check payments.

If you are accepted, you will receive a PayPal invoice by email. Your booth fee must be paid by the invoice deadline to confirm your spot.

Any applicable processing fees are handled through PayPal and may vary based on payment method.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO APPLY TO THE WAITLIST?

Our Waitlist application option allows vendors to apply after regular applications have closed. Here’s how it works:

• The fee is $50 (non-refundable), the same as our standard application fee.

• Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot, though openings do happen if a vendor drops out or if additional space becomes available.

• If a spot opens, we’ll reach out right away. Otherwise, you’ll receive a final decision by September 1, 2026.

• Every application is reviewed with care, even if submitted late.

• All waitlist applicants are also added to our mailing list, so you’ll be notified when future applications open and have a better chance of getting in next time.

• We’re grateful for your interest and excited for the chance to review your work.

REFUNDS + CREDITS

Once a vendor is accepted, we do not issue any refunds or credits under any circumstances. This includes unforeseeable events, including but not limited to pandemic outbreaks, new regulations prohibiting gatherings, Vendor (or your staff) contracting COVID-19, government regulations, hurricanes, or other weather-related events.

If you have to cancel or simply cannot attend, please email vendors@pozebazaar.org as soon as possible. Day-of cancellations and no-shows without any communication can affect future acceptances.

BUSINESS INFORMATION

Please attach your business logo (required). Additionally, include 3 examples of your runway photography (if available) and 3 samples of other portfolio work.

Videographers: please provide a link to a highlight reel.

I grant to Poze Bazaar and its affiliates (“the Organization”) the perpetual and royalty-free license to use, display, resize, edit, produce, and publish the images provided by the photographer for the purposes specified herein:

The images produced by the photographer may be used by the Organization for online and print promotions, publications, and advertising, including but not limited to Poze Bazaar’s website, digital and print magazines, flyers, social media posts, all video and still productions, and any official Poze Bazaar platforms or initiatives.

The Organization may also use these images in online and print advertising or programs for which sponsors and advertisers may pay an advertising fee, including but not limited to magazines, websites, flyers, online posts, and all media productions.

I understand there is no monetary compensation owed by the Organization or its employees or representatives to me, nor any royalties, appearance fees, or any other type of fees charged to the Organization now or in the future.
