The Pepper Holliday Scholarship Fund was created to honor Pepper Holliday, a 30-year military veteran and co-founder of the Poze Bazaar Foundation, whose life was rooted in service and in making sure young people had room to grow.
Each year, we award two scholarships to graduating high school seniors to help with tuition, supplies, and other education-related expenses. If you’re a student with talent, drive, and a creative future you’re building, we’d love to consider you.

Our UNITE Strategic Partnership Initiative brings together organizations, businesses, and community leaders who share our commitment to transforming young lives through arts education in Birmingham and beyond.
Our partnership philosophy is simple: we work with those who value access, opportunity, and real outcomes for youth. We create networks to enhance resources across Birmingham and beyond, co-developing innovative programs that make arts education more accessible and engaging. Ultimately, we build relationships to drive lasting change for underserved youth.
Partnerships with Prescott House, Build UP Community School, the Birmingham Stallions, and retailers such as Belk and Riverchase Galleria demonstrate the possibilities for collaboration. Together, we create sustainable pathways and inspire the next generation of leaders in Birmingham and beyond.
