Are you hardworking, dedicated, and excited to work in a team environment during Poze Bazaar? Poze Bazaar is a transformative fashion experience celebrating emerging designers, models, stylists, and artists. If you’re passionate about fashion and community, we have a variety of volunteer opportunities available during our events.

REQUIREMENTS

Interns/Volunteers will be required to:

All volunteers must be 18 years of age
Dress in fashionable and professional (ALL BLACK) attire; a PZB shirt will be provided.
Arrive on time and stay for the full day or specified shifts
Be willing to assist event staff and guests with any needs

You will be the face of Poze Bazaar! We are looking for people of all backgrounds and interests who are up for the challenge and devoted to the experience.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Available volunteer positions include:

Front of House Ambassadors: Guest check-in, seating assistance, venue navigation
Backstage Assistants: Support designers with model dressing, garment organization, and quick transitions
Production Support: Assist with setup, breakdown, and event logistics
VIP Services: Support VIP guest experience and special accommodations
Social Media Team: Capture behind-the-scenes content and assist with live event coverage
Registration/Check-In: Manage guest lists, distribute materials, and welcome attendees

TIME COMMITMENT

Shifts vary in length and timing throughout the event, including:

Morning shifts (setup and rehearsals)
Afternoon shifts (pre-show preparation)
Evening shifts (show time and guest services)
Full-day shifts (comprehensive event support)

You may apply for multiple shifts based on your availability.

Eligibility

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
Must be available for the full day or for the assigned shift(s) on the selected event date(s).
Must reside in or near Birmingham, AL, or have confirmed plans to be present. Travel expenses are not covered.

Conduct and responsibilities

Punctuality is required for all assigned shifts.
Volunteers must maintain professional behavior at all times.
Follow instructions from event coordinators and production staff.
Misconduct may result in immediate removal from the event.

Poze Bazaar reserves the right to use photos and videos featuring volunteers for promotional purposes across our platforms.

INTERN + VOLUNTEER

Calling all students and emerging creatives: this is your invitation to intern or volunteer with Poze Bazaar during our 2026 season. If you’re ready to learn, build your resume, and be part of the team behind the runway, apply below to be considered. Interns and volunteers support key areas like event production, backstage support, guest experience, talent coordination, and content capture. Availability may be full-day or shift-based depending on the event, and selected applicants will receive next steps and details by email once approved internally.
