We welcome talented hair and makeup artists to apply and be part of the creative team for the Poze Bazaar Fashion Show. Please read through the application carefully and note all key details.

By applying to join the Poze Bazaar Hair & Makeup Team, you agree and understand the following:

You are a professional artist and the official representative of yourself or your business as listed in your application.
Any photos or videos taken of your work during Poze Bazaar events may be published only with proper credit to Poze Bazaar, both on social media and alongside all images.
All passes or credentials may be revoked at any time. We expect all hair and makeup artists to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respect, just as we do for every member of the PZB community.

HAIR & MUA APPLICATION 2026

Show Date: Sunday, September 27, 2026

We’re looking for professional, creative hair and makeup artists who can collaborate smoothly with our designers to bring each collection to life on the runway. Each designer will have 8 models receiving runway-ready glam on show day, and there is a strong possibility you may be assigned to more than one designer’s models, depending on the final lineup and schedule.

To set you up for success, you’ll be provided with a mood board for each designer in advance so you know the overall look, vibe, and expectations heading into show weekend.

REQUIREMENTS

You will be required to provide your own product and styling tools. If a designer requests a specific look/style that requires elaborate embellishments, the designer must supply the prop. These items will be distributed during the mandatory huddle.
Hair and Makeup will be required to be completed at the show venue, within the designated area, unless prior arrangements with Poze Bazaar have been made.
You must Check In and Check Out at each show - Your designer and/or a Poze Bazaar staff member must sign off on the work completed.

APPLICATION PROCESS

For Salons:

Form should be filled out by the salon owner/manager, noting the list of participants who will be attending and the dates each participant will be present.
The final participant list must be completed and turned into Poze Bazaar no later than two (2) weeks before Poze Bazaar.

For Freelance Artists:

Freelance artists are welcome to apply.
All freelance artists must apply individually.

DEADLINE

Applications will be accepted up to (14) days before show dates.

All style teams must work on-site for their designer unless previously discussed with Poze Bazaar.

No coloring of hair is to be performed within the venue.

Each style team will provide a list of first/last names for anyone working backstage at least (2) weeks in advance. No one will be permitted backstage if not on this list.

No drugs are allowed on the premises.

No alcohol consumption will be allowed backstage.

NO professional (DSLR) cameras are allowed backstage without prior approval & media badge.

No assistants, this is due to space limitations. Only Poze Bazaar-approved personnel are allowed backstage. This will be strictly enforced for safety.

No banners or other large promotions. This is due to space. (We are happy to talk about your salon/freelance stylist becoming a sponsor!)

Extension cords are a must! Outlets are limited.

Clean Use is a MUST. Bring plenty of spoolies / cotton swabs / foam sponges / etc.

A portable HMU chair is HIGHLY recommended.
