Key Responsibilities
Technical Coordination: Plan and coordinate comprehensive technical production elements
Lighting Support: Work with lighting vendors to create runway lighting that enhances fashion presentations
Audio Management: Coordinate sound systems, music playlist, and audio quality for live event
Staging Coordination: Support runway setup, staging elements, and technical infrastructure planning
Video Support: Coordinate filming setup for promotional content and event documentation
Equipment Management: Track technical equipment needs and coordinate with rental vendors
Vendor Relations: Communicate with technical vendors and equipment suppliers
Safety Compliance: Ensure technical elements meet safety and venue requirements
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of technical production experience for events or entertainment
Knowledge of lighting, audio, and staging systems
Experience with live event production or coordination
Basic video production and recording knowledge
Vendor management and coordination skills
Understanding of safety protocols and venue requirements
Ability to problem-solve technical issues under pressure
Strong communication and organizational skills
