  • You are a professional and the official representative of yourself or your brand as listed in your application.

  • Any photos or video taken of your work during Poze Bazaar events may be published only with proper credit to Poze Bazaar—both on social media and alongside all images.

  • All passes or credentials may be revoked at any time. We expect all designers and stylists to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respect, just as we do for every member of the PZB community.

DESIGNER + STYLIST + RETAILER APPLICATION

Deadline to apply: Sunday, June 12, 2026

Show Date: Sunday, September 27, 2026

THE SELECTION PROCESS

  1. Submit Your Application: Resume, and portfolio (preferred, but not required.

  2. Portfolio Review: We'll evaluate your collection and brand potential

  3. Final Interview: Meet with our team to discuss the opportunity

  4. Selection Notification: Selected designers will receive their invitation

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: (PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY)

Your cooperation is necessary for us to give your work a full, fair, and timely review. Please review and follow these guidelines very carefully and read all information provided. Any designer interested in participating must fully complete and return this form and all other application materials. Late or Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION

  • Submit your application materials in the time frame allotted: April 12, 2026 - June 12, 2026

  • Applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm CST on Friday, June 12, 2026, to be considered. No late applications will be accepted. No exceptions.

  • Poze Bazaar is looking for designers whose collections fall into the following design categories: Ready-to-wear, Couture, Streetwear, Swimwear, Accessories, Avant-Garde, and Artistic Fashion.

  • You must submit at least five (5) photos of your previous work with your application.


DESIGNER/STYLIST PARTICIPATION FEES

Note: You do not need to pay up front. The deposit is only required after you are approved and officially selected to participate. The remaining balance is due by July 1, 2026.


Participation Fee: $750


A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot once selected. The remaining balance is due no later than July 1, 2026. Participation is not confirmed until the deposit is received, and all fees must be paid in full by the deadline to remain in the show lineup.


Payment Schedule:

The remaining balance of $600 will be split into 3 payments of $200.

  • Deposit: Due at acceptance to secure your runway slot

  • Payment 1: May 15, 2026 ($200)

  • Payment 2: June 13, 2026 ($200)

  • Final payment: July 1, 2026 ($200)


Payment Terms:

  • Spot reservation: Your runway slot is reserved once the deposit is received.

  • Payment compliance: If a scheduled payment is missed, runway placement may be paused until the account is current.

  • Participation requirement: All balances must be paid in full by July 1, 2026, to participate in the show.


If your brand is selected, participation includes:


  • Runway placement: Up to 8 looks featured on the runway

  • Venue + show production: Curated venue experience and production support

  • Hair & makeup: Professional glam support for runway presentation

  • Content deliverables: Professional photos and video from the show

  • Press + visibility: Press coverage and brand exposure opportunities

  • Designer interview content: Pre-show + post-show interview content capture

  • On-site alterations specialist: On-site support for last-minute adjustments

BACKSTAGE ASSISTANCE + ACCESS POLICY

To protect backstage capacity, security, and fairness for all participating brands, Poze Bazaar will provide backstage support interns for each selected designer. Designers are not permitted to bring personal assistants or additional backstage personnel.


Only individuals who are officially registered, credentialed, and approved by Poze Bazaar will be granted backstage access. Any exception must be pre-approved in writing by Poze Bazaar and may require separate registration and an additional participation fee, depending on role and involvement.

COLLABORATIONS: DESIGNER, STYLIST, & RETAILER

  • To receive collaboration recognition, each participating brand/designer must submit a separate application and pay the required fee.

  • Any collaboration with another brand (designer, stylist brand, retailer, or partner label) must be submitted in advance and approved by Poze Bazaar.

  • Credit in photos/video, the program, and official show assets will only be provided when all collaborating brands have completed their application and fee requirements.

  • Unregistered collaborators will not be tagged, listed, or credited in any official Poze Bazaar show materials.

The Designer Participation Fee is required for each participating brand or business that will be presented, promoted, credited, or activated on the Poze Bazaar platform. This policy helps us keep the experience fair for all participants and ensures we can properly cover production, hair and makeup, media, and event operations.


Example: Brand X presents a capsule by Designer A + Designer B = two registrations.

Compliance

By submitting your application, you understand that applying does not guarantee a reserved slot and acceptance to participate in Poze Bazaar. You agree to comply with all requirements, policies, and guidelines outlined in this document and all other Poze Bazaar designer/stylist materials. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in removal from the event without refund of designer fees.

Accuracy of Information

The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that all statements, representations, and information provided in this Agreement are true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. The undersigned further acknowledges that any misrepresentation or omission may be grounds for termination of this Agreement and/or other remedies available at law or in equity.
