Role Overview
Shape the artistic vision and creative strategy for Poze Bazaar's fashion show, working directly with CEO La'Vinnia Holliday to create an event that celebrates emerging designers and captures the intersection of fashion, music, and pop culture.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development: Support the development of overall creative concept, visual identity, and artistic direction
Designer Coordination: Help scout, evaluate, and coordinate with 15-20 emerging designers
Brand Consistency: Ensure creative execution aligns across all event touchpoints and communications
Content Strategy: Develop visual content approach for social media, press, and promotional materials
Talent Support: Coordinate with designers, models, stylists, and creative partners
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor Creative & Content Production interns and Talent Relations interns
Trend Research: Research and incorporate current fashion and pop culture trends into event concept
Creative Execution: Ensure creative standards support the brand's professional aspirations
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of creative direction, styling, or fashion industry experience
Portfolio demonstrating creative projects and visual storytelling
Understanding of fashion industry and emerging designer landscape
Experience coordinating creative teams or projects
Strong visual communication and presentation skills
Social media and digital content creation experience
Knowledge of current fashion and pop culture trends
Collaborative mindset and mentoring interest
Preferred Qualifications
Fashion show, runway, or styling experience
Photography, videography, or content creation skills
Influencer marketing or brand partnership experience
Understanding of Gen-Z and Millennial consumer behavior
Network of emerging designers, models, or fashion contacts
Experience with diversity and inclusion in creative projects
