Role Overview
Lead the production of Poze Bazaar's flagship fashion show, a high-profile event designed to launch emerging designers and raise funds for Trassori Arts Foundation. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your event production career while helping build what will become a televised, industry-defining fashion event.
Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination: Coordinate all production elements from planning through post-event wrap-up
Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors, track deliverables, and support contract negotiations with venues, catering, security, and service providers
Budget Tracking: Monitor production budget of $100K-150K, track expenses, and provide regular reporting to CEO
Timeline Management: Maintain detailed project timeline with key milestones and coordinate with team leads
Problem Solving: Identify potential issues, escalate to CEO when needed, and implement solutions
Team Collaboration: Work closely with and guide 2-3 Event Production & Operations interns
Compliance Support: Ensure permits, insurance, and legal requirements are tracked and completed
Quality Standards: Maintain production standards that support professional content creation
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of event production or project management experience
Experience with events of 200+ attendees
Strong organizational and communication skills
Budget tracking and vendor coordination experience
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Team collaboration and mentoring interest
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Fashion, entertainment, or creative event experience
Experience with nonprofit or fundraising events
Local market knowledge and vendor relationships
Social media or content creation interest
Bilingual capabilities if applicable to market
