Media pass applications for our S/S 2026 runway shows and events are now open! We welcome all official media outlets and blogs to apply for a Poze Bazaar (PZB) media pass. Please read through the application carefully and note all key items.

By applying for a Poze Bazaar Media Pass, you agree and understand the following criteria:

You are an official representative of the news/media outlet listed in your application.
Photos or video taken during Poze Bazaar events are authorized for publication only in the media outlet listed on your application. Poze Bazaar must be credited and tagged if shared on social media, and credited beside all images.

All passes may be revoked at any time. We expect all photographers and media guests to maintain professionalism and consideration, just as we do for all participants in PZB.

Poze Bazaar (PZB) Official Media Agreement

This application is intended for individuals seeking to attend and cover Poze Bazaar (PZB) events in an official media capacity, including digital publications, print outlets, bloggers, and social media influencers. This form does not apply to photographers or videographers. If you wish to apply as a photo/video contributor, please complete the separate form listed under the Photo/Video Application tab at www.pozebazaar.org.

There is no fee associated with the PZB Media Pass. However, all applicants must clearly indicate the media outlet they are representing. Outlet affiliations will be independently verified.

Please note that while we will try to accommodate as many requests for runway viewing as possible, requests marked above are not guaranteed. Please select all the choices above that you are interested in covering, and we will do our best to accommodate as many requests as we can. This application is not a guarantee of acceptance as a media attendee. If accepted, you will receive an email by the first week of June 2026 with instructions.

If selected as an official Poze Bazaar (PZB) media guest, you agree to post coverage of Poze Bazaar events, designers, and participants within a one-month time frame of attending the specific event. (Coverage must be posted on the outlet for which you are applying for a media pass.)

By submitting this application and, if approved, accepting a Media Pass, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

You are the authorized representative of the media outlet named in your application.
This Media Pass grants access only to the public-facing, in-person PZB runway shows and designated media areas.
A Media Pass does not constitute all-access clearance. Entry to restricted zones, backstage areas, dressing rooms, production headquarters, or any invitation-only spaces is strictly prohibited.
Approved media coverage may include, but is not limited to:
- Designer interviews
- Runway show features
- Interviews with PZB participants or staff
- Custom editorial or social content, as approved
All media content (photos, videos, articles, reels, etc.) captured at Poze Bazaar must include clear credit to Poze Bazaar. Social media handles: @pozebazaar.
- PZB must be tagged in all digital coverage.
- Media content must only be published via the outlet listed on your application unless otherwise approved in writing.
Media Passes are non-transferable and may not be duplicated or shared.
PZB reserves the right to revoke a Media Pass at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to misconduct, breach of this agreement, or failure to meet professional standards.
Media representatives must maintain appropriate professional behavior at all times while participating in PZB events.
- Any person who appears visibly intoxicated or engages in excessive alcohol consumption while on-site will be subject to immediate removal and permanent revocation of media access privileges.
Acceptance as a media guest is not guaranteed. PZB will accommodate as many media requests as possible; however, approval is contingent on space availability, alignment with brand values, and the applicant’s media reach and professionalism.
If accepted, you will receive confirmation and instructions via email by the first week of June 2026.
Post-event coverage is required.
- All official media guests must publish coverage of PZB events, designers, or participants within thirty (30) days of attending the event.
- Coverage must appear on the media outlet identified in your application.
