We invite visionary designers and stylists to apply and join the creative force behind Poze Bazaar (PZB) S/S 2026. Please read the application carefully and take note of all key details.

By applying to participate as a designer or stylist with Poze Bazaar, you agree and understand the following:

You are a professional and the official representative of yourself or your brand as listed in your application.
Any photos or video taken of your work during Poze Bazaar events may be published only with proper credit to Poze Bazaar—both on social media and alongside all images.
All passes or credentials may be revoked at any time. We expect all designers and stylists to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respect, just as we do for every member of the PZB community.

The Selection Process

Submit Your Application: Resume, and portfolio (preferred, but not required.
Video Interview: Share your story and creative vision
Portfolio Review: We'll evaluate your collection and brand potential
Final Interview: Meet with our team to discuss the opportunity
Selection Notification: Selected designers will receive their invitation

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: (PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY)

Your cooperation is necessary in order for us to give your work a full, fair, and timely review. Please review and follow these guidelines very carefully and read all information provided. Any designer interested in participating must fully complete and return this form and all other application materials. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Designer/Stylist Collaborations:

For collaboration recognition, both designers must submit applications and fees. Collaborations with other brands require prior approval from Poze Bazaar and will not receive credit in images unless both brands have submitted their applications.

APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION:

Submit your application materials in the time frame allotted: February 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026
Applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm CST on Friday, April 3, 2026, to be considered. No late applications will be accepted. No exceptions.
Poze Bazaar is looking for designers whose collections fall into the following design categories: Ready-to-wear, Couture, Streetwear, Swimwear, Accessories, Avant-Garde, and Artistic Fashion.
You must submit at least five (5) photos of your previous work with your application.

DESIGNER PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION, YOU ARE STATING YOUR INTEREST IN PARTICIPATING IN POZE BAZAAR. THIS MAY INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: PRIMARY RUNWAY SHOWS, DESIGNER/STYLIST PRESENTATIONS, PRIVATE VIEWINGS, AND RELATED PRE-EVENT ACTIVITIES.

PLEASE CHECK EACH BOX TO INDICATE YOU AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

All designers must agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and will not participate in backstage gossip, negative comments on others' work, not other staff during Poze Bazaar events.

All designers must agree to tag Poze Bazaar in all posts/stories regarding work conducted for Poze Bazaar events.

All designers will bring any and all issues to Poze Bazaar team attention.

Poze Bazaar is not liable for any items lost or stolen during the Poze Bazaar events. Designers assume full responsibility for personal items.

No drugs are allowed on the premises.

No alcohol, food, or beverage is to be consumed backstage. Water will be permitted to protect the garments.

No professional (DSLR) cameras or videos are allowed backstage without prior approval or a media badge.

Designers/Stylists will ONLY be provided with one (1) intern to assist backstage, no exceptions. Due to limited space, personal assistants are not allowed.

I understand that applying does not guarantee a designer/stylist position.

Compliance

By submitting your application and accepting selection to participate in Poze Bazaar, you agree to comply with all requirements, policies, and guidelines outlined in this document and all other Poze Bazaar designer/stylist materials. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in removal from the event without refund of designer fees.

Accuracy of Information

The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that all statements, representations, and information provided in this Agreement are true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. The undersigned further acknowledges that any misrepresentation or omission may be grounds for termination of this Agreement and/or other remedies available at law or in equity.
